30th Anniversary Season, 2010-11 at Interplayers!
This season we’ve ambitiously gathered comedy and drama from across the vast spectrum of theatre for your pleasure. We’ll see the premiere of an original script, a dip into an imaginative mystery, host a hoe-down with familiar faces, explore the connections (and missed connections) between a world-class string quartet, simultaneously laugh and worry for a pair of teen brothers affected by economic down-sizing, sing along with folks creatively re-telling the Easter story, and finally revisit the true story of the blind and deaf miniature dynamo Helen Keller, and how she was taught language by an unlikely teacher, in a classic play directed by none other than the woman who first created the role of Helen herself.
