Spokane interPLAYERS Ensemble celebrates the Silver Anniversary Season with the addition of Readers Theatre. Tuesday’s With Morrie will be presented in readers theatre format October 6- October 9, 2005. In Readers Theatre, actors read directly from scripts and are able to tell a story in very entertaining form, without props, costumes, or sets. Entertaining and imaginative-- actors and audiences meet center stage in Readers Theatre.
The Play and CastNationally acclaimed actor of stage and screen Jack Bannon and Artistic Director of Coeur D’ Alene Summer Theatre, Roger Welch, take the stage in this moving and poetic story. Mitch Albom, who rediscovers his old college professor, Morrie Schwartz, who is at the end of his life. This play is the magical chronicle of their time together. Directed by Nike Imoru, Tuesdays With Morrie, is another interPLAYERS production you don’t want to miss.
TicketsTuesdays With Morrie begins October 6th and ends the 9th. Tickets are $10. Tickets can be purchased by calling 455-PLAY(7529) or by stopping by the box office at 174 S. Howard St, Spokane. The show begins at 7:30 on Thursday, 8:00 on Friday and Saturday, and 2:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Season subscriptions include two of the season’s three Readers Theatres.
