Interplayers announces the next production of the Silver Anniversary Season: Stepping Out! by Richard Harris, will run March 9th –26th and is directed by Troy Nickerson with musical direction by Becky Moonitz and choreography by Kathie Doyle-Lipe and Greg Pschirrer. Pictured in attached photo from left to right: Angela Snyder, Carolee Young, Lei Broadstone, Kathie Doyle-Lipe, Danae Lowman, Nicole Hicks, Evelyn Renshaw.

The Play and Cast
Stepping Out! is a comedy about seven women and one man trying to conquer their inhibitions and an over- abundance of left feet in a tap dance class held in a church. An ex-professional chorine tries her hardest to teach the amateurs some dancing skills. The students are truly a hilarious, motley, loveable crew who eventually triumph at their recital. Directed by Troy Nickerson, musical direction by Becky Moonitz, choreography by Kathie Doyle-Lipe and Greg Pschirrer.  Cast includes: Lei Broadstone, Kathie Doyle-Lipe, Nicole Hicks, Danae Lowman, Becky Moonitz, Greg Pschirrer, Evelyn Renshaw, Angela Snyder and Carolee Young.  Stage Management by Joe Riecheck and Set Design by Tom Heppler.  Productions run March 9th - 26th.

Stepping Out! plays March 9th – 26th  7:30 p.m. curtain Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 8 p.m. curtain on Friday and Saturday, Saturday matinees at 2 p.m. with one Sunday matinee March 26th at 2:00 p.m. at the historic Interplayers Theater,174 S. Howard Street, in downtown Spokane’s Davenport Arts District.  Purchase tickets by calling (509) 455-PLAY (7529), online at www.interplayers.com, or by visiting the theatre Box Office which is open Wednesday through Saturday noon to 5:00 p.m. and one hour before curtain.  Ticket prices range from $10-$20.  $10 Lunch Hour Hottix can be purchased at the Box Office between noon and 1 p.m. Wednesday or Thursday for that same night production. 

Interplayers at Cathedral in the Arts
Tomorrow night, Friday, March 3rd, versatile and well known regional actor/director Ann Russell Whiteman, representing Interplayers for this special occasion, performs an Irish folk tale by Seumas MacManus, Nanny and Conn at the Cathedral in the Arts Sampler.  Others on the evening’s program are Spokane Jazz Orchestra, Spokane Cd'A Opera and SpokaneYouth Orchestra.
